This is a real bargain! This Auction is for 1 (one) 60’ X 60’ (3,600 sq. ft.) steel aircraft hangar (Building 30) located in East Taunton, Massachusetts. The Hangar is situated on the northwest end of the Taunton Municipal Airport (KTAN), adjacent to turf runway 4-22. It is about 200 feet to the right of the approach end of runway 22. The full address is: Taunton Municipal Airport, King Field; Westcoat Drive - P.O. Box 441; East Taunton, MA 02718-0441. Construction is steel arch, similar to Banyan Steel Hangars. The building is constructed on and anchored to a 60’ X 60’ X 6” reinforced concrete slab. The lot is raised and not subject to flooding. Hangar door is 36’ X 12’ Schweiss Bi-Fold with integral personnel access. The rear wall is reinforced with steel channels at every joint. The building withstands high winds.
