Revised Sept. 2008 For those who know this is my second time listing,but as the new pictures show you see the hallway to the house and the house itself.I hope to change these pictures each of the first two months to show how big the house is.This store can make a payment on that amount.It did when I bought my family out.Town is close.Traffic count in 06 was 3600 cars a day.To the people that have wrote or called,your missing whats the deal here.you can do anything. I have built wrecked cars in the garage,i have raised flowers and sold them.You could change the upstairs into 4 apartments and rent to make a payment.you can take boat trips down the river-for money.you can start a restaurant.you can sell beer and make a payment.I don't do credit and have never taken a credit card.you could change it all to rentals and live where you are and take the money by mail.If you know the gas business then know that stage 2 vapor recovery is not needed.their is one house across and up the street.my own water well and no others.My store is by itself an there will never be another because of what we offer,which can be added to with little or no money.Lowes is building next to are Wal-Mart and at the lake, houses sell for millions.Ted Koppell an many NFL former players have houses at the lake.I want to sell because of My age .Write to me and ask what this does--I dare you to 2 hours from Pittsburgh,Pa..Three from Baltimore..one from Morgantown WV.and close to Deep Creek Lake MD.This is my store that I have worked my whole life.Why I am selling...almost 40 years and I would like to retire.What I am selling...built and opened in 1958...my family owned gas station an convenience store .The building has railroad tresses for roof beams an sits atop a foundation which will withstand time.Its a 4800sq.ft. facility with a five car garage,two storage rooms,bathroom and 2200sq ft used for retail selling.Above the store is my family home.Kitchen,living room.rec-room 5 bedrooms and a bath.My 5 siblings and i were raised in this home.a new owner would not only have a profitable business, but a home to boot.Several improvements have been done in the last two years...a new metal roof, and underlay.A new furnace and heat pump/air conditioning have been added.Also the building has been repainted.Renovations are currently being done upstairs but its nothing a new owner couldn't change to suit their needs.
